The Corporate Health and Wellness Association (CHWA) in conjunction with Corporate Wellness Magazine (CWM) annually recognizes leaders in the wellness industry for providing exemplary programs that drive health and wellness among employees.
Deborah Deters, Senior Vice President of Human Resources for HUB International Limited was named a recipient of the 2011 Leadership Award.
Ms. Deters, who was one of 21 winners, oversees all Human Resource strategic initiatives for HUB including employee benefits, talent acquisition and management, employee relations, learning and development, compensation, and payroll, and has more than 20 years of Human Resources experience.
Deb has been a driving force in establishing a comprehensive wellness program for HUB International's employees since joining the organization in 2009. Additionally, in conjunction with HUB's Employee Benefits practice group, Deb and her team help validate best practices for HUB benefits consultants when incorporating a strong wellness initiative into their clients' health care programs.
